About Dr. Brenner

I offer psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, crisis management, and behavioral support for developing an overall emotionally and physically healthy lifestyle.

As a psychotherapist, I take an active and collaborative approach, and can work in different ways depending on your needs.

With psychopharmacology, I also work in an individualized way, understanding that people have complex feelings about taking psychiatric medications. I strive to provide the best evidence-based treatment, to the extent possible. Importantly, I view you as a whole person, and work with areas other than simply medication, such as sleep behaviors, self-care, and exercise, to get you the best result possible.
